This feature is becoming quite popular due to the versatility of having a local phone number from wherever you choose. For example, your family lives in London, (U.K.) England and you live in Toronto, Canada. With a Virtual Number you can have a local (U.K.) England number that rings you in Toronto! Your family in the (U.K.) can reach you by dialing what for them is a local call. Your Officevault® Broadband plan covers the minutes and everybody saves money.
Works with your Cell Phone
Cell phones represent the ultimate freedom of making calls on the go. Up until now, it has been too expensive to place international long distance calls using a cell phone. Officevault® Broadband has made it easy and cheap to use your cell phone to make international long distance calls using a toll free access number. It's even easier if you program the access number into your speed dial. Once we receive the call, Officevault® Broadband recognizes your phone number and prompts you to enter the destination number. Go ahead - enter the country code and number to call Brasil or anywhere else for that matter.
Call Hold
What is more embarrassing than to be interrupted by a "situation" when you are on a call? Whether it is your 4 year old throwing a tantrum because he wants his snack NOW, or any other private matter, there's no need to share the moment with your caller. Simply place the call on hold while resolving the issue at hand discreetly. Use Call hold and appear professional at home, work or play.
Call Block
Prevent unwanted calls from ringing your phone and disturbing your peace of mind! Enter any number you prefer not to receive calls from on your Call Block list, and you will no longer receive those calls.
Caller ID

Messages are delivered to your email as little sound file (*.wav) attached to an email message with the date, time and phone number of the caller.
